Rates include normal use of water and electricity, 1 per week cleaning and clean towels, free wifi internet acces, general use of washmachine, BBQ, parkinglot and swimmingpool and exclude 7% touristtax.
Upon booking we require a $100 payment . The outstanding balance must be paid on the day of arrival
Cancellation policy
If you cancel your reservation within 4 weeks before the arrival-date, you will lose your down-payment of 50% of the total amount. If you cancel your reservation within 2 weeks before the arrival-date you'll have to pay 100% of the total rent amount.
We advise you to take a cancellation-insurance.
Renting a car will greatly improve your holiday. for the busservice is frivolous and can't be counted on.
